Your Responsibilities

- - Preparation and follow-up of quotations in close cooperation with Cost/Product Engineering and Sales

- Active support and development of existing customer relationships through personal visits, virtual meetings and telephone communication as well as CRM-supported activities

- Support in acquiring new customers and identifying additional business opportunities with existing customers

- Management and follow-up of customer inquiries and projects through to successful implementation

- Coordination of all sales-related activities with internal departments and production sites to ensure timely customer support

- Support with contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supplier evaluations and other sales-related processes

- Maintenance and further development of customer, sales and project data in CRM and ERP systems

- Participation in customer and project meetings and close cooperation with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

- Analysis of sales KPIs and preparation of meaningful reports

- Back-up support for the Sales or Account Manager during absences and ensuring continuous customer support

Job Requirements

What You Bring

- - Professional Qualifications

- Successfully completed commercial/vocational training or a comparable qualification

- Several years of professional experience in internal sales / sales support

- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM and ERP systems





- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

- You stand out through

- Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in building long-term business relationships

- Strong communication skills and a professional manner

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate several topics simultaneously

- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking

- Initiative, team spirit and a pragmatic hands-on mentality

- This is a plus

- Experience in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry or a comparable technical environment

- Technical interest and understanding of customer-specific solutions
