What You'll Do As an Digital Ads Specialist , you'll speak with customers by phone to:
Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or subscriptions
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
Answer questions about services and subscriptions
Handle customer doubts and complaints
Build positive customer relationships
Compensation & Conditions €1,100 total package/month including accommodation vantaggi paid 14x per year
40 hours/week,



8 hours/day
Rotating schedule: Monday–Friday 07:00–19:00; Saturday 08:00–17:00
You'd Be a Good Fit If You... Speak Italian fluently
Are comfortable presenting products and services over the phone
Can handle rejection and customer objections
Sales or telesales experience is a plus , especially if you're already comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, or handling customer objections.
