How you’ll be hosting with heart:

- You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.

- Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Milan.

- Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work.

- Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management.

- Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.

- Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.
