Position The Logistic Outbound Internship offers the opportunity to learn how to manage customer relations and commercial workflows.

You will be constantly guided by a company mentor and, after an initial onboarding and learning phase, you will become the primary point of contact for our customers, managing the entire request cycle from order intake to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond in a timely and professional manner to customer inquiries via phone, email, or by meeting them either in presence or remotely
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle in our ERP system (SAP), verifying pricing, account data, and commercial terms
- Handle customer complaints, shipping anomalies,



or billing discrepancies by collaborating with logistics, quality, and accounting to find rapid solutions
- Work closely with internal departments and field sales representatives to provide updates on product availability and delivery timelines
- Gather customer feedback to help optimize and improve internal service processes

Requirements

Hard Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree (degrees in Languages, Business or Communications are a plus)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher) to effectively engage with international customers
- Knowledge of any additional foreign languages will be highly valued
- Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)

Soft Skills

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Excellent stress management and conflict resolution skills with a constructive and polite approach
- High organizational skills, precision, and ability to meet deadlines independently
- Team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with Production, Sales, Accounting teams
