Job Overview Embark on an exciting career journey as an Italian Customer Advisor, a pivotal role within the thriving Customer Support Services sector. This remote position, based within Greece, offers an exceptional opportunity for native Italian speakers to leverage their language skills and provide outstanding support to a global clientele.
Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive support within the Customer Support Services industry
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions with professionalism
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products/services where applicable
Contribute to team goals and the overall success of the customer support operations
Continuously improve product knowledge and service standards
Requirements Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role within Customer Support Services is highly advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team A passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
