Job Summary

We are seeking highly proficient Italian Bilingual Experts to support a language evaluation and AI training project. The ideal candidate will have excellent Italian language skills, strong English communication abilities, and a keen eye for linguistic accuracy and detail.

In this role, you will evaluate Italian audio recordings, assess the fluency and naturalness of spoken language, and provide structured feedback in English. Your evaluations will contribute to improving the quality, accuracy, and linguistic authenticity of AI-generated speech and language systems.

This is a remote contract opportunity suitable for individuals with expertise in Italian linguistics, language teaching, translation, transcription, communication, audio evaluation, or related fields. Previous experience in artificial intelligence is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Listen to Italian audio recordings and evaluate the speaker's fluency, pronunciation, and overall linguistic naturalness.
- Assess pronunciation accuracy, intonation, rhythm, and other relevant speech characteristics.
- Identify unnatural expressions, pronunciation errors, and deviations from authentic Italian speech patterns.
- Document evaluation results through clear, concise, and structured written feedback in English.




- Provide detailed justifications for assessments in accordance with established evaluation guidelines.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all assigned audio evaluation tasks.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify guidelines, resolve ambiguities, and ensure consistent evaluation standards.
- Complete assigned tasks within the specified timelines while maintaining high-quality output.

Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian, with excellent command of spoken Italian and a strong understanding of natural language usage.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to understand instructions and communicate findings clearly in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle differences in pronunciation, fluency, and linguistic expression.
- Ability to provide objective, well-reasoned, and clearly documented evaluations.
- Strong comprehension skills and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.
- Reliable internet access and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Academic or professional background in linguistics, phonetics, language studies, translation,



interpretation, or Italian language teaching.
- Experience in audio evaluation, transcription, speech assessment, proofreading, or linguistic quality assurance.
- Background in voice specialization, music, audio engineering, media, or communications.
- Experience evaluating spoken language for fluency, pronunciation, and authenticity.
- Familiarity with regional variations, accents, and colloquial expressions in Italian.
