Your Tasks

- - Preparation of attractive and varied cakes and tarts as well as desserts according to the SAN SONNEA food concept under the direction of the Chef de Patisserie

- Preparation of an attractive and varied dessert buffet

- Responsibility for the cleanliness of the counter

- Serving plates at the pass

- Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines

- Compliance with HACCP guidelines

Your Profile

- - Professional qualification as a patissier or an equivalent diploma or experience in the upscale gastronomy sector

- Basic knowledge of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine

- Passion for the profession

- Enthusiasm for teamwork

- Willingness to learn

- Creativity

- Ability to work under pressure
