Help ambitious Swiss businesses expand internationally by removing the complexities of cross-border hiring and workforce management. As an Account Executive, you will own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and successful customer onboarding. You will advise founders, HR leaders, and other decision-makers on workforce solutions that enable them to hire talent across borders compliantly. Working in a remote-first, international sales team, you will build a strong pipeline, develop strategic relationships, and turn complex business challenges into commercial opportunities. This role is designed for a results-driven sales professional who combines consultative selling with proactive outbound prospecting and confident deal management. Accountabilities:
Take ownership of the complete sales process across assigned Swiss accounts, building a strong pipeline and helping companies understand the value of international workforce solutions. Work closely with prospects and internal sales colleagues to identify business needs, navigate complex buying processes, and consistently achieve commercial objectives.
