Role Description The Recruitment & Admissions Officer is a contract, on-site role based in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiries through enrollment,



ensuring a positive and professional experience for prospective students. Day-to-day tasks include responding to applicant queries, conducting interviews or information sessions, guiding candidates through application requirements, and maintaining accurate admissions records. The role also involves participating in recruitment activities such as open days, fairs, school visits, and digital outreach campaigns, as well as collaborating with academic and administrative teams to meet enrollment targets. The Officer will support international applicants with visa and documentation guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and admissions procedures.
