Sales Associate - Medical Gas Systems (Italy)

The opportunity:
We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Associate to drive growth across Italy within our Medical Gas Systems business.
In this role, you will develop relationships with installers, OEMs, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders, helping customers implement industry-leading medical gas solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and building pipelines to closing orders and supporting project execution.
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience within the medical technology or healthcare sector
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing business within a territory
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills
• Experience managing distributors, regional accounts, or project-based sales opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent Italian and professional English
• Willingness to travel across Italy
Nice to have:
• Experience with Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) or Central Medical Gas Systems
• Experience selling to installers, contractors, OEMs, or healthcare infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of ISO 7396-1 standards and EU Medical Device Regulations (MDR)
• Experience working with CRM and data analytics tools such as Salesforce or Power BI
