Organizational Context
The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of LVMH Beauty Italy, a shared services structure encompassing HR, Management Control, Administration & Finance, Information Technology, Logistics, General Services, and Customer Service supporting all the Brands of the Division (Acqua di Parma, Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Vantaggi, Make Up For Ever, Officine Universelle Buly 1803, and Maison Francis Kurkdjian).

Reporting to the Purchasing Director, the Purchasing Specialist will lead the negotiation and management of HR, Finance, and IT categories, ensuring the best value for the company while maintaining strong supplier relationships and driving operational excellence.

Reporting to the Purchasing Director, the Purchasing Specialist will lead the negotiation and management of HR, Finance, and IT categories, ensuring the best value for the company while maintaining strong supplier relationships and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Category Management & Spend Control: Manage and optimize indirect spending for HR, Finance, and IT categories.
• Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Monitor supplier performance, ensure adherence to contractual agreements and quality standards, build effective and long-lasting partnerships, and define supplier mapping to source strategic new partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with internal stakeholders (including Legal and Finance departments) to anticipate needs, align on business requirements, and provide proactive procurement support.
• Tender & Sourcing Process: Handle the end-to-end bidding process—defining specifications, conducting tenders, analyzing quotations, and delivering strategic purchasing recommendations.
