We're hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. If you've worked with people's money before and want an international move that's already sorted, this is for you.

What you'll do

• Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English
• Resolve account, payment,



and product questions clearly and accurately
• Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues

Who we're looking for

• Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
• EU passport holder, so no visa needed
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site

Your schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
• 2 rotating days off per week
