What We Are Looking For:
Reporting to the Legal Counsel responsible for M&A; and International Projects of Arsenale Group,



the role will provide dedicated legal support to the Group’s M&A; transactions and international projects, ensuring robust compliance with laws and internal policies.

Key Activities:
• Drafting and negotiating agreements related to extraordinary transactions including acquisitions and disposals of shares, business unit sales and leases, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and shareholder agreements, both in Italian and English.
• Managing and executing preliminary and post-transaction activities such as drafting closing agendas and defining conditions precedent.
• Coordinating diverse, multi-disciplinary, and international teams during complex transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating corporate documentation, including minutes of shareholders' meetings and Board of Directors meetings, ensuring compliance with Italian corporate law.
