POSITION PURPOSE The Senior Developer designs, develops, and maintains scalable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform ecosystem. This position leads technical design and hands-on development while collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver effective CRM solutions that support business needs.

Actively utilizes lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3, etc.) to inform and assess business opportunities to drive continuous improvement. Lead and participate in Kaizen and value stream mapping activities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop,



and configure custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and Java Script web resources. Build and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps, including custom PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.
Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party/internal systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management), Dataverse APIs, and Web APIs. Lead technical design sessions, produce technical specifications, and translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. Manage solution architecture across environments (dev, test, UAT, production) including ALM using Azure Dev Ops pipelines and solution packaging. Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, data, and integration issues.
