Main Purpose of Role The Junior Technical Training Specialist -is a crucial role, responsible for, development and delivery of technical training programs for Medical device segment employees.




This role is ensuring that Medical device segment employees are supported in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge for effective conformity assessments in the ever-evolving landscape of medical device regulations.
Key Accountabilities Training Course Preparation: Support the Training team in the preparation and maintenance of core training courses related to medical devices, & MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP. This includes conversion of raw training material into e-learning modules, leveraging your own technical knowledge and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure all content is highly effective and meets defined learning outcomes.
Routine administration support to competence and training team including but not limited to training certificates management, enrolments, training records upload into CAPCAP and collaboration with CV reviewers.
Peer Reviews and Assessments: Assist the Training team in conducting peer
