JOB DESCRIPTION
This is not a traditional hospital-based engineering position. We are seeking a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support advanced Electrophysiology systems across Italy, Emerging Markets, and the wider EMEA region. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working independently, travelling extensively, and solving technical challenges in customer-facing environments. Whether you are an experienced Field Service Engineer or an early-career engineer looking to build an international service career, this role offers significant exposure to cutting-edge medical technology, diverse healthcare systems, and international collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Electrophysiology systems
Support hardware, software, IT infrastructure, and network connectivity
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent break/fix situations within SLA requirements
Manage your territory, travel plans, customer priorities, and service commitments independently
Reprioritise workloads based on customer-critical needs
Travel extensively (70%+)
Collaborate with clinical, commercial, and techn
