He / She is responsible to support control improvement and manufacturing activities methods in order to reduce product quality defects or process inefficiency both on BIW produced at Audi Sport and for production at CFK/Bodyshop.He/ She is responsible to participate to Quality circles/meetings to stimulate all the necessity actions /activities /analysis and solutions in the overall process to improve product quality and to give feedback to Pjteam and Audi as customer.

Education:
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial) or deep experience in BIW production/quality/R&D;
Languages:
English – Fluent
German – As a plus
Experiences:

Markets: Automotive, Aerospace, Metallurgical field
Quality, Production, R&D;
CFK technology and relative not destructive test technologies
Aluminum technology/assembling as a plus
Knowledge:
Basics of 3D measurement technique (e.g.: laser, tactiles, ..)
SW and programs for measurement as a plus
DOE (design of experiment) as a plus
FMEA (failure modality controlling) as a plus




Basics of SPC (statistic process controlling)
VW/Audi standards as a plus
Key skills:
