Job Description Summary The Military Engine - AGB Industrial Leader will join the Industrial Management team that coordinates the industrial activities of the new strategic military program, for which the Industrial Management team is the Operations primary interface. In this role you will provide technical and management support during the Program launch and the execution of the development phases. You will define development plans for the Engine Accessory Gearbox Subsystem being responsible for the plan execution and deliveries, coordinating all the Product Centers and the involved functions within Supply Chain (Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Sourcing … ) and other relevant functions, being the Supply Chain primary interface for the Engineering team responsible for the design and technology maturation of the Modules, and reporting to the Military Engine Industrial Manager. The goals of this role will mainly consist in matching the program milestones in terms of readiness and delivery and technological maturation plan execution,



evaluating and managing manufacturing and readiness risks, supporting Manufacturing Cost control. Travelling to other Avio Aero sites, to supplier’s and abroad is expected to cover specific program needs. Working in classified environment is expected to cover specific program rules.
Essential Responsibilities Responsible for the industrialization and readiness of the AGB module
Responsible for the readiness and the on-time and on-time execution within the Supply Chain of the National Technology Maturation Plans for the AGB module and the integration with the Demonstrating vehicles and Engine program plans
Responsible for the Delivery Management of area of competence according to the SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) priorities
Create and execute integrated plans according to the Program Target and the Program Integrated Master Schedule
Provide Technical leadership to the cross-functional teams during the execution of t
