CV screening Telephone interviews, as well as scheduling and managing individual interview agendas both on-site and remotely Job posting publication, shadowing during individual interviews ORGANIZATION
Job description updates Organization chart updates Document archiving support EMPLOYER BRANDING
Support in organizing company presentation days and student networking events, in coordination with the participating universities and schools. PAYROLL & BENEFITS
Tracking expiration dates for temporary contracts, agency workers, and internship projects. Employee database updates
Profile
Technical skills:
Foreign language proficiency (English; French is a plus) Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Soft & Interpersonal skills:
