Position Overview
The Director of Technical Services, F&B;,



has a critical field-based role responsible for supporting food and beverage customers, with an emphasis on poultry processing. This role requires deep poultry processing and antimicrobial application knowledge, 50–70% travel, with the expectation of being on-site at customers facilities on a weekly basis to support the business. Reporting to Commercial Leadership, this individual will interface directly with plant-level operations, food safety teams, and existing corporate customers, providing hands‑on technical support, microbial mapping, data analysis, and equipment maintenance, while overseeing a team of remote field technicians who are tasked with day-to-day operational tasks at our customer sites.
