We're hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal . If you've worked with people's money before and want an international move that's already sorted, this is for you.

What you'll do
Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English




Resolve account, payment, and product questions clearly and accurately
Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues
Who we're looking for
Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
EU passport holder , so no visa needed
Comfortable with rotating shifts , including weekends
Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site
Your schedule
40 hours per week
24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
2 rotating days off per week
