Job Description
- Independent preparation of desserts, cakes, tarts, and pastries for restaurant and hotel service
- Accurate execution of classic and modern recipes from Italian and international patisserie
- Ensuring quality, freshness, and appealing presentation




- Organization and cleanliness of your station in compliance with HACCP standards
- Close cooperation with the kitchen team for events and buffets
- Supporting the onboarding of new team members

Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a pastry chef or chef with a focus on patisserie
- You have experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel operations
- You work creatively, precisely, and with high quality standards
- You are team-oriented, resilient, and flexible in shift work
- You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
