Job Description
- Responsible for preparing all sauces, stocks, and jus at the highest level
- Preparation and plating of meat and fish dishes in close collaboration with the head chef
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards in taste, consistency, and presentation
- Coordinating the “Saucier” station and working closely with neighboring sections




- Clean and structured working style in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Supporting the onboarding of new team members

Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a chef
- You have solid experience in sauce preparation and handling meat and fish dishes
- You work precisely, independently, and remain organized even under pressure
- You are a team player, committed, and quality-oriented
- You have proficiency in at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German, English, or Italian
