As a Care Assistant, you'll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. You'll get to know each resident as an individual—what matters to them, what makes them smile—and tailor your support to help them live well.

What You'll Be Doing Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity
Assisting with meals, activities, and wellbeing
Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding care
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Working pattern You'll Work On a Two-week Rolling Rota Week 1: 4 days
Week 2: 2 days
12-hour shifts (8am–8pm), including some weekends
Average of 38.5 hours per week
