What we're looking forWe’re looking for a high-potential sales engineer to drive our expansion in Italy and neighbouring countries who is eager to build their career in B2B sales and take real ownership of the full sales process. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with waste operators, industrial partners, and municipal stakeholders across Italy and neighbouring markets, from first outreach to signed contract. You’ll be trusted to run your own pipeline, experiment with outreach strategies, and shape Jaipur Robotics’ growth in the Italian market and beyond. This is a hybrid role based in Italy, and when not traveling to customers, you are welcome to work remotely. We value in-person time for onboarding, team alignment, and key planning sessions, with visits to Headquarters in Lugano scheduled regularly or as needed.

Key Responsibilities• Own the end-to-end business development and sales cycle — from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers across waste management, industrial operations, and public-sector organizations in Italy and neighbouring countries.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, maintaining accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and partner channels.
• Run product demos and discovery calls, clearly articulating the value of AI-
