Your Opportunity
The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting business performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and process improvement initiatives. The Business Analyst gathers requirements; analyzes business, performance, trends,
and KPI; highlights key data linked to qualitative feedback; identifies key opportunities for improvement; translates insights into actionable recommendations.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive business value and support organizational objectives.
How you will contribute
Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key business performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Support decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
