For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Customer Offering team. You’ll be in charge of:
• Offering innovation: support the design and rollout of new offer and pricing models, from concept and business case to go-live in key markets;
• Global pricing governance: contribute to defining and governing global pricing, discount and promo guidelines in line with the commercial strategy;
• Competitive intelligence & insights: coordinate global competition monitoring and turn data into accurate routines and insights that inform pricing and offering decisions.

You are the right person if you:
• Master's degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field;
• Have strong analytical skills together with knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Are curious, autonomous, fast learner and able to handle complexity;
• Are proactive and a self-starter; can work independently as well as being a real team player in the department and outside;
• Have fluency in English, the knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.
