Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Quality control: Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control processes for gas turbine engine repairs, ensuring total compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Testing Oversight: Lead the quality oversight of testing activities, ensuring technical rigor during final testing phases post-repair.



Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external testing benches, ensuring testing protocols are followed and results meet defined quality benchmarks.
• Customer Quality Management: Act as a key interface for customers regarding quality performance. Manage the response process for escapes and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key quality KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics. Implement improvement plans to address performance gaps and sustain high levels of service quality.
• Develop process improvement plans using Quality and Continuous Process Improvement tools (e.g., 5S, 8D, engineering studies, Gauge R&R;).
• Lead investigations into quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes via formal RCA methodologies and driving effective CAPAs.
