Lexroom is seeking a BDR Team Manager to lead and scale an outbound engine targeting Mid-Market/Enterprise.
You will partner with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to generate qualified pipeline and own metrics like meetings, SQLs, and pipeline quality.
You will coach BDRs, refine ICPs, build multi-threaded sequences, and drive a culture of high standards and ownership.
This role offers equity and a hybrid work model between home and our Barcelona office.
