Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the Italian organization, overseeing all key HR activities for a population of approximately 60 employees.
Reporting directly to the General Manager in Italy, with a functional reporting line to the South Europe HR Manager, the successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner to management, combining hands-on HR management with data-driven insights and strategic support.
This role requires a proactive, resilient and business-oriented professional who can balance day-to-day people management with the challenges of an evolving organizational environment.
HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
- Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers in Italy,



providing guidance on all people-related matters.
- Support the General Manager and leadership team in organizational development, workforce planning and people management.
- Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR activities, ensuring consistency with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Support organizational change initiatives, helping managers and employees navigate a period of significant business transformation.
- Promote employee engagement, performance and a positive workplace culture.

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs with business stakeholders to candidate sourcing, interviewing and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure effective recruitment processes.
- Support workforce planning and contribute to building the organization's capabilities for future growth.
