Mission
We are looking for a Maritime and Blue Economy Innovation R&D; Project Manager, registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99. The role is focuses on managing innovation projects, especially funded R&D; initiatives, across the full lifecycle, from proposal development to execution, ensuring quality delivery, compliance, and alignment with company strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Proposal Development
- Analyze call requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Define proposal scope aligned with business strategy.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners.




- Lead preparation of technical and administrative proposal content.
- Develop competitive and realistic budgets.
- Manage submission, clarifications, and negotiations.

Project Coordination and Delivery
- Set up and coordinate project teams.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting.
- Monitor project performance (time, quality, objectives).
- Optimize resource allocation.

Financial Management
- Monitor revenues, costs, and margins.
- Support invoicing and financial follow-up.
- Ensure correct data in company systems.

Risk and Issue Management
- Identify and manage risks and issues.
- Resolve problems and support continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with project requirements.
- Support lessons learned activities.

Stakeholder Management
