Become Europe's most-used legal product. You'll partner a group of teams across Lexroom and report to our Head of People. Your managers will bring you their hardest people questions: how to grow their teams, keep their best people, handle difficult conversations, pay fairly, and organise their teams as they scale. People Operations takes care of contracts, payroll and admin. We're also running our core HR cycles for the first time, so you'll help design them as well as run them.
