(m/f/d), you will manage, develop and grow customers across multiple sales channels in Italy. You will be accountable for achieving sales volume and margin objectives, delivering reliable forecasts, managing pricing and profitability, and building sustainable customer relationships. The role contributes to the strategic and economic development of the customers of the sales channel.
You will use your expertise in sales channel management, customer development and commercial planning to:
Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and achieve sales volume and margin targets for customers within the assigned channel.
Own customer satisfaction, annual sales objectives, business results and relevant key performance indicators.
Manage pricing, including LME-related clauses, commercial accruals, sales performance and EBIT for channel customers.




Develop and execute individual customer account plans that create value and support Clarios' overall strategy.
Build senior-level relationships across customer organizations and coordinate key contacts in all relevant departments.
Develop new IAM customers and business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate across the sales organization to deliver customer targets and align closely with Customer Excellence and Regional Marketing.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience in sales management.
At least five years of experience in sales
or marketing management, ideally with responsibility for customer accounts and commercial results.
Experience in customer service and structured problem-solving.
Strong analytical, strategic and negotiation capabilities, combined with confident presentation skills.
