Livia is seeking a Head of M&A; based in Milan to own the acquisition engine from first contact to fully integrated firms. You will work directly with the founders to turn a handful of deals into a repeatable machine, eventually building and leading a dedicated M&A; team.
Ideal candidates will have deal experience in Italian service roll-ups, strong negotiation skills, and a clear, data-driven approach to post-merger integration and market expansion in Italy.
