At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National Government Affairs Manager to join our Government Affairs, Policy & Patient Engagement team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the external healthcare and policy environment by building trusted relationships with institutional stakeholders, policymakers, regulatory authorities, and leading think tanks. This position requires a strong understanding of public policy, legislative processes,



and healthcare systems, combined with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful advocacy strategies.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute advocacy strategies to support the company's business and policy priorities at national level.
Draft policy papers, legislative proposals, briefing materials, and institutional position statements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, parliamentary stakeholders, and key external influencers.
Act as an early-warning system, providing insights on policy developments and their potential impact on the business.
Support the development of initiatives that demonstrate the company's commitment to patients, healthcare system sustainability, and social responsibility.
Lead the planning and execution of high-profile institutional events and policy engagement activities.
