About the Role
We are looking for an HSE Intern to join the Health, Safety and Environment team in Bologna. The intern will support the team in day-to-day HSE activities, reporting and data analysis, as well as projects aimed at improving health, safety and environmental management. The role will provide exposure to company processes, collaboration with local HSE contacts in Italy and abroad, and the implementation of new HSE requirements and software tools. Key Responsibilities • Support day-to-day HSE activities, including report management and monitoring across health, safety and environmental topics. • Monitor HSE KPIs and contribute to periodic reporting.



• Support data consolidation and analysis using the available digital tools. • Collaborate with local HSE representatives in Italy and abroad to support HSE processes. • Contribute to projects aimed at improving health, safety and environmental management. • Support HSE auditing activities. • Assist with the organization and delivery of HSE training activities. • Support the drafting and review of HSE procedures and operating instructions. • Monitor the implementation of new HSE requirements. • Support the implementation and effective use of company HSE software tools.
What You Need to Be Successful
• Degree in Engineering, preferably Environmental, Chemical, Environmental and Land Engineering, or a related technical field. • Interest in Health, Safety and Environment topics and company operational processes. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence in using digital tools. • Good knowledge of English. • Good communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to interact with different company functions. • Organizational skills, curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn. • Willingness to gain practical exposure to operational and production environments.
