pIn this Senior HR Manager role, you drive the people strategy for Six Senses Rome, partnering with leadership to align HR practices with the brand's vision of sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary guest experiences. You lead an engaged HR team, ensure compliance and operational excellence, and champion development, engagement, and inclusive culture across Hosts. You'll shape workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to support growth and high performance.
