pFor a growing deep-tech client company in the PET depolymerization sector, we are seeking a bSenior Process Engineer /b for the plant of bAlbese con Cassano (Como) /b. /p pThe role involves responsibility for process scalability and completing the Process Design Package (PDP) in collaboration with RD and Operations teams. /p h3Responsibilies /h3 ul liOversee experimental design and identify potential operational issues, ensuring the validation of instrumentation /li liGenerate and analyze significant amounts of data to monitor plant performance, identify bottlenecks and critical parameters, and propose tests to find solutions and remedies /li liDevelop scalable solutions of interest to major industry licensors, primarily EPC contractors and other industrial entities in the sector /li liWork closely with internal teams to ensure process improvements are communicated and implemented across the organization /li liIdentify and develop improvement solutions focused on energy savings, material and cost optimization, increased process reliability,
