Working in close collaboration with Procurement, RD and the Quality team, the role involves supporting supplier qualification, monitoring manufacturing processes and promoting corrective and improvement actions throughout the supply chain. /p h3Specifically, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul lisupporting the qualification and onboarding of new suppliers through process and system audits; /li limonitoring supplier quality performance through KPI analysis, periodic audits and the definition of improvement plans; /li limanaging supplier non-conformities and leading corrective actions by applying structured problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D; /li lioverseeing the supplier PPAP process and validating the manufacturing processes used for components subject to approval; /li licollaborating with Procurement and RD during product development, supporting supplier selection and evaluating the related manufacturing processes; /li liassessing supplier changes involving processes, materials,



tooling and manufacturing sites; /li lideveloping and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of purchased components and products; /li lipromoting a strong quality culture across the supply chain and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination with the stakeholders involved. /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 ul lisolid knowledge of supplier quality management, supplier development and auditing processes; /li liknowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D and root-cause analysis; /li liknowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; /li ligood understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial technologies; /li ligood command of Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret quality KPIs; /li listrong analytical, communication and negotiation skills, combined with a quality- and results-oriented approach; /li liproactive and autonomous working approach, combined with flexibility, adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
