The new Managing Director will assume full responsibility for the leadership and management of the Italian business, with strategic, commercial, and operational accountability for delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and organizational development in line with Group expectations. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine the local business strategy and ensure achievement of corporate objectives through budget management and performance monitoring. /li liLead, develop, and support the local organization to achieve revenue and EBIT targets. /li liManage and further develop the commercial organization, including talent development and key contractual negotiations.
