/p pThe role will act as a key link between the company, the sales organisation and professional customers, supporting product application, customer engagement and business development across assigned markets.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver bshow cooking sessions, product demonstrations and technical presentations /b at customer sites, distributors, trade fairs and promotional events.
/li liSupport the sales team during customer meetings, commercial visits and product presentations.
/li liProvide training to customers, distributors, partners and foodservice professionals on the correct use and application of the company's products.
/li liDemonstrate the professional application of both bpreserved and non-preserved food products /b within different culinary contexts.
/li liCollaborate with bMarketing and RD /b teams in the development of new recipes, applications and product concepts.
/li liCollect feedback from customers and market stakeholders, identifying new applications and potential business opportunities.
/li liParticipate in national and international trade fairs, industry exhibitions and promotional events.
/li liPrepare technical materials, recipes, demonstrations and promotional content to support commercial activities.
/li liContribute to strengthening the company's positioning and brand visibility among foodservice professionals, distributors and industry operators.




/li liSupport the commercial development of assigned markets through a strong combination of culinary expertise and customer-facing capabilities.
/li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pThe following requirements are considered essential: /p ul liDiploma from a bHotel Management / Culinary School /b or equivalent qualification.
/li liPrevious professional experience as bChef, Executive Chef, Chef Consultant, Culinary Advisor or Chef Promoter /b.
/li liStrong knowledge of professional cooking techniques and food product applications.
/li liExperience working with both preserved and fresh or non-preserved food products.
/li liPrevious experience in product demonstrations, customer training or promotional activities will be considered a strong advantage.
/li libFluent Italian English is essential /b, due to the international scope of the role.
/li liKnowledge of a second foreign language, particularly bFrench, German or Spanish /b, will be considered an advantage.
/li liStrong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liCommercial sensitivity and ability to interact effectively with customers, distributors and sales teams.
/li liAvailability for bfrequent international travel /b, as well as regular travel within Italy.
