Location: Rome, Italy (office-based)Package: €80,000 + bonusPiper Maddox are supporting a growing renewable energy IPP with a 4GW pipeline who are looking to hire an Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering team.
This role will focus on the development and construction of utility-scale solar PV, wind, and BESS projects.You'll play a key role across the full project lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities:- Design of PV, wind, and BESS plants (layout, electrical sizing,



MV/HV connections)- Preparation of grid connection documentation and technical solutions- Evaluation of grid connection options- Preparation and review of technical specifications and tender documentation- Support procurement in selecting key components (modules, inverters, trackers)- Support development activities (yield assessment, grid analysis)Requirements:- 3+ years' experience in a similar role xrtlpzc within renewable energy- Degree in Electrical Engineering- Knowledge of CEI, IEC, and UNI standards- Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase or similar tools- Ability to produce technical drawings and reports- English and Italian skillsPlease apply or reach out to if you think this role would be a good fit
