/p pWe are searching for a Casualty Senior Claims Adjuster.
The bSenior Claims Handler Casualty /b will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both bdomestic and multinational casualty claims /b are managed with the highest level of technical expertise, professionalism, and consistency.
This role is intended to materially strengthen Italy's capability to manage increasingly complex and diversified claims portfolios, while also supporting broader regional growth ambitions across bContinental Europe.
/b /p pThe successful candidate will be able to build and develop strong relationships with customers, brokers, underwriters and service providers in order to achieve economic results and offer a high-quality claims service.
/p pbLocation: /b This position will be based out of our bMilan /b office.

/p pbOur business, your impact, our opportunity: /b /p pbWhat you'll be doing: /b /p ul libStrong technical expertise in Casualty claims /b , including liability, bodily injury, property damage and related legal principles.
/li libMinimum 5 years' experience in Casualty claims handling /b , within the insurance or reinsurance market.
/li libCost control and recovery focus /b , with the ability to manage claims costs and identify subrogation opportunities.
/li libEfficient claims handling /b to support customer satisfaction, broker relationships and client retention.
/li libTimely investigation and resolution /b of claims to reduce exposure and overall loss costs.
/li libClaims trend analysis /b to support loss prevention and improve risk management.
/li libAbility to assess coverage, liability, causation, quantum and reserving /b in complex Casualty matters.
/li libStrong stakeholder management skills /b ,



working with insureds, brokers, TPAs, adjusters, lawyers and internal teams.
/li libGood understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements /b relevant to Casualty claims.
/li libFluent business English required /b ; additional languages would be an advantage.
