We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Varese — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.

Location: Varese (on-site)
Contract: Fixed Term, part-time
Salary & Growth-Based Bonus
A Fixed annual gross salary According to the amount of hours per week:

And a Bonus: Grow your centre, grow your earnings!
Earn 5%–9% of your centre's monthly Gross Profit as your active student base grows.
Based on an illustrative centre growth scenario, your additional bonus could average:

Your Role in Our Mission
Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets

Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment

Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services





Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction

Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors

Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
