In this role based in Fiorano, Italy, you will be in charge of customer relationship management, from ordering to invoicing. This is a fixed-term role until December 2027.
Responsibilities Front office procedure
Welcome the truck drivers and provide them with the Site Security Rules
Contact with forwarders (including import/export documentation)
Purchase orders creation
Enter orders in SAP
Track orders to billing
Respond to customer requests (delivery time, invoicing, disputes, etc.)
Support the team in case of workload
Support for month end closure procedure
Requirements Previous experience in a similar role (order management, customer service, etc.)
Logistics for customer service experience including with billing-shipping
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft programs




Experience in maintaining good communication and relationships with with customers and other teams (sales, factories, amongst others)
Fluent in English and Italian
Dynamism and problem solving
Team spirit and mutual assistance
