/li /ul pbCompetenze ed esperienza /b /p h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Education /h3 pMaster's Degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, PolymerScience, Packaging Engineering or a related technical discipline.
/p h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 8 years of experience within flexible packaging, film extrusion or closely related polymer-processing industries.
/li liStrong technical background in extrusion technologies and packaging materials.
/li liExperience in innovation, product development, technical marketing,application development or similar cross-functional roles.
/li liProven track record of working with customers and translating market needs into innovation initiatives.
/li liExperience operating within international and matrix organizations.
/li liExposure to sustainability-driven innovation and packaging regulations is highlydesirable.
