As a Manager in Training (MIT) – Food Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities.
Through this 18-month development program, you will gain the experience, exposure, and mentorship needed to become a future leader within the organization.




/ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliImmerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our Food Beverage Division, gaining hands-on experience across multiple outlets.
/liliLearn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests.
/liliWork closely with leaders and team members to understand the operational, financial, and people aspects of the business.
/liliSupport the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
/liliDevelop leadership skills by assisting with team supervision, coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
/liliBuild strong partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
/liliContribute ideas and recommendations that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance.
/liliGradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities within the Food Beverage Division.
/li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliPrevious experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or Food Beverage operations.
