/p pReporting directly to the Cluster General Manager, the Cluster Commercial Director serves as a pivotal strategic advisor, leading cross-functional alignment with Sales, Group Meetings Events (GME), Revenue Management and Marketing, even with supporting the team with operations as well.

/li lib3 to 5+ years /b in a bsenior commercial leadership role /b managing teams, complex segment mixes, and cross-functional departments.
/li liPrior leadership experience within a bmajor international hotel group /b is mandatory.
/li liAdvanced command of bhotel revenue mechanics /b , segment forecasting, budgeting, business analytics, and strategic positioning.
