with demand driven by Artificial Intelligence /li liWorking in partnership with the Sales team, help define and execute account strategies aligned with long-term company goals /li /ul h3Customer Strategic Account Leadership /h3 ul liBuild and maintain executive-level relationships (engineering, procurement, RD, strategy) with top accounts /li liUncover near-term and strategic opportunities, and coordinate internally with cross functional to advance them /liliCo-lead, with Sales leaders, on collaboration structure and pipeline clarity /li liContinuously monitor bookings and revenue performance; elevate or engage business leadership for high-stakes technical or strategic discussions /li liDrive gains in market share by integrating and orchestrating multi-domain Keysight solutions (hardware, software, services) /li liCollaborate with Account Managers and business leaders to co-develop multi-year account plans and feed insights to the technical teams /li liIterate and refine your account engagement model over time, learning from successes, failures, and evolving market dynamics /li /ul h3Market Intelligence Influence /h3 ul liAct as Keysight's eyes and ears on the ground: regularly gather, analyze, and report trends in the operators vertical (growth forecasts, technology shifts, customer priorities, competitor moves) /li liProvide "outside-in" insights to internal teams—product planning, go-to-market,



centers of excellence—so Keysight remains ahead of market needs /li /ul h3Strategic Customer Programs Solution Adoption /h3 ul liInitiate and lead early-stage engagements with wireless operators and ecosystem partners to validate and adopt new solutions /li liFully understand customer technical and business priorities; shape and articulate tailored solutions that align with their strategic roadmaps /li liMap the wireless ecosystem—vendors, partners, customers—and build relationships that support Keysight's influence and market penetration /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Alignment Internal Enablement /h3 ul liSynthesize sales feedback and market data into coherent go-to-market strategies and business cases /li liWork with solution group leads to prioritize growth opportunities and align internal resources to enable the business accordingly /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline /li li10+ years in the wireless / communications / test measurement industry, with substantial customer-facing and technical leadership experience /li liStrong track record of technical sales, solution consulting, or application engineering at a senior level /li liDeep domain knowledge of wireless technologies (e.g. 4G, 5G, mmWave, sub-6, protocols, radio channel modeling, calibration, OTA, etc.) /li liExperience in market research, competitive analysis, standardization, or technology strategy preferred /li liExcellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at executive levels /li liAbility to travel within Europe and internationally as needed /li liStrong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to work in ambiguity with creativity /li liStrong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability, with the ability to make sound decisions, overcome obstacles, and deliver timely results under demanding business conditions /li /ul pKeysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
