Responsibilities
Support new product introductions, process improvements, and equipment optimization initiatives
Identify efficiency and cost reduction opportunities using data-driven and lean approaches
Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and R&D; teams on sustainable manufacturing solutions
Lead technical projects and provide manufacturing engineering support to cross-functional teams
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and gowning procedures
Requirements




Advanced degree with no prior experience, or bachelor's degree plus 2 years manufacturing engineering experience
Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial, or related field)
Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies experience
Proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause investigation, and problem-solving
CAD software, manufacturing systems, and data analysis tools expertise
Project management abilities and cross-functional team leadership experience
